Delnet’s courses are aimed at technicians, managers and heads of public and private institutions and civil society involved in local development processes.
The main requirement for taking part in the Delnet Programme is to be performing functions within the field of local development.
When you join the Delnet Programme, you will become part of a network that is currently made up of more than 2500 people and institutions from 75 countries throughout the world.
Delnet works with large and small institutions, from industrialised and developing countries, that may be public and private, local, provincial, regional, national and international, working within very different contexts and in a variety of languages.

- Local, provincial, regional and state governments
- Local development agencies
- Local development support programmes
- Technical cooperation projects
- Employers’ and workers’ organisations
- Foundations and NGOs
- International organisations
- Study and training centres, universities, research centres
