She worked for five years as a Researcher and Professor of Social Psychology at the Social Psychology Department at the Faculty of Psychology at the University in Madrid .

She has worked with Delnet since October 2000 in the design, promotion and implementation of distance learning courses.
Presently she is the Delnet Activities Coordinator.

B.A. in Contemporary Economic, Political and Social History at the University of Turin, Italy.

He worked as a facilitator in courses on the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ITC) in the area of training activities for Portuguese-speaking countries organized by the International Training Centre of the ILO.

Since the year 2000, he has been working in Delnet in the design, management and coordination of local development distance and face-to-face learning activities.
Presently he is responsable for the Delnet activities in English and Portuguese.

Alice Vozza

Advanced degree in political and socio-economic sciences, obtained throughout an international academic background in Political Science (University of Turin), Business Administration (ESCP/EAP Oxford, Madrid and Paris) and Management of Development (International Training Centre of the ILO).

Subsequent to internships in the UK, Spain and France, within the private sector, she has been continuously working during the past seven years for the International Training Centre of the ILO in the field of local development and project design.

Since 2006 she has been coordinating the Training Course in “Disaster Risk Reduction within the Framework of Sustainable Local Development” targeting local authorities, policy-makers and key players in local development management and disaster risk reduction, mainly in Latin American, Caribbean and Asian countries.

Sociologist from the University of Buenos Aires. Master’s in Non-profit Organizations at the State and Society Studies Centre (CEDES) and at the University of San Andrés and Torcuato Di Tella University. She has worked for Social Organizations offering technical and financial support to informal micro-enterprises. She worked as a consultant in Civil Sector Organizations.

Her job at Delnet is to offer support to participants of the South Cone and collaborate in Technical Services and on Delnet publications. She represents Delnet in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Technician in Marketing Design from the DUOC Professional Institute of Santiago, in Chile.

She has worked on the design of training materials and creation of databases, as well as preparing courses and seminars in the field of Women and Development.

Since 1999 she works with the Delnet team as Assistant on training activities in Spanish and as facilitator for the course on Gender Approach to Local Development.

Carla Rodrigues Lima

She has worked at the International Training Centre of the ILO since May 2001, starting with the Activity Programme for Workers (ACTRAV), where she assisted in the organization and coordination of training activities.

Since 2002 she works with the Delnet team as Assistant on training activities mainly in Portuguese and as facilitator for the courses on Management of Local Development and Gender Approach to Local Development in Portuguese.

She has worked at the United Nations System Staff College since 1996 offering support to different training programmes. Before that, she has worked in the private sector in London and in Hungary.

Since 2003 she works with the Delnet team as programme assistant and as facilitator for the course on Management of Local Development in English.

Paola Agnello

She has a Language and Literature degree in English and Spanish from the University of Turin, Italy.

Her working experience at the International Training Centre of the ILO started in 1998. During these ten years she has undertaken different tasks related to training and assistance to participants.

Since 2007 she works with the Delnet team as Assistant on training activities mainly in Spanish and as facilitator for the course on Disaster Risk Reduction in the Framework of Sustainable Local Development.
